• Prevention of Malnutrition project -0-5 years children screening and enroll malnourished children to district level hospital for a treatment

• Diet counseling of parents of malnourished child

• Lactation mother counselling

• Nutritional diseases counseling and diet planning

• Handled and monitored “nutrition rehabilitation center”

• Celebrated “National Nutrition week” -September first week,” International Breastfeeding week”- first week of August at government hospital level for awareness of nutrition in low income group people and importance of breast feeding and their benefits for mother and children.

• Counselling more than 5000 patient during two years of work time period, including inpatient wards visit and outpatient department in pediatric department.

• Preparing the standard diet menu for Nutrition rehabilitation admitted patients.

• Regular follow up for patient admitted and revisited in the pediatric department.

• Monthly report maintains of growth of admitted children and admission   ratio and outdoor patient report.

• At the corporation level handled nutrition program and gave training to Urban health center’s nurses about the program me and how to follow the program to fulfill the criteria.

• Gave training to Aganwadi workers about the “Nutrition” and “How the exact Prevention of malnutrition program they had to follow at Aganwadi level. works from rural to district level at Aganwadi training center which was operated by State level Government.

• Treat about more than 300 patients successfully under the programme of – “Prevention of Malnutrition”

• Counselling lactation mother about breast feeding and Kangaroo mother care.

Counselled about more than 450 lactation mothers.
